How do I place an order?
What information do I need to rent a potty?
In order to process your order we require the following information:
- Rental Address - This is where the unit will be delivered
- Placement Instructions - Where on the property you would like it placed.
- Point of Contact - Someone onsite that can assist the driver during delivery.
Should I expect delays when ordering?
If you are ordering a potty for the next day: While our goal is to deliver your order the very next day, orders may be delivered on a later date. We will confirm the delivery date once your order is received. Additionally, you may schedule for a later date, and no delays should be expected.
What are your delivery & handling charges?
Our delivery charge is $150 for most products other than restroom trailers. This includes delivery and removal of the unit.
How often is the porta potty serviced?
The rental includes 1x/week service. Pricing per additional service day varies.
How can I pay for my order?
If you are ordering online, at the end of your order process you will be prompted to fill out payment information to complete your order. We are able to take payment over the phone as well. Payment must be made before the unit is delivered. If this is for an extended rental, please call the office at 877-385-1230.
What is your refund policy?
Customers may cancel any order for equipment outside of 5 business days and can receive a full-refund.
Any order canceled inside of 5 business days, but outside of 24 hours before delivery may receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations inside of 24 hours of delivery is non-refundable.
For restroom trailer orders: 50% of the total cost is non-refundable. If not cancelled within 1 month (30 days), the customer is still liable for the remainder of the balance owed.
